Teaching these people to be responsible adults is a huge uphill job.

Where I'm at is supposed to be one of India's richest state, at number 2.. no1 is Maharashtra just north.. and Bombay we know is tutty with horrible infra.

Big city like Delhi too, fancy azz neighborhoods and "upmarket" "high end" raeez areas me bhi ye hi haal hai out in public spots.
