Don't have a great idea about Mumbai, but like any city, there's probably areas that are best avoided at 3AM. Maximum city does have a bit of a reputation of never sleeping, though.

Yeah in that part of the world people come out at night cuz it’s cool and quiet and peaceful. All day people stay home because of overcrowding and noise and pollution and dust/pollution.
Throughout the day they are working.
No one scratches their balls in Bombay.
Not even the mulls.

Doc in Iran women everywhere cuz it’s safe and a EU type society. I mean it is a different type of society you know:
Bro our women are brought up different . They have a very different experience to Indic women growing up.
Its a very stifling experience for an Iranian or Parsi girl to marry into an Indian household.
Its not religion. Its culture and genetics.
Race. Blood.
The funny part is women in Parsi homes will lap up the same saas bahu crapola on TV the rest of India does.
One day I totally lost it, and actually asked some of the ladies in my family, glued to to the screen.

vo vid check karo doc......I lived/ worked in Yerevan many months its just like that Tehran vid. Women are independent and go live on their own, work and very different society to ours. When you see girls out, you know its a free society.
Poona, where I live, is largely like that.
Whatever crap we've had in the recent past has been north Indian.
