There are some very nice ekdum tichh te neat and clean phoren istyle stores and supermarkets but its not the norm, upscale and gentrified places you'll get.

In fact, the trend lately is a lot of these old lalaji type run "general purpose stores" are being upgraded by the younger lot and made better.. but many, the majority, are still old mouldy places, haven't so much as seen half a coat of paint on those walls, cockroach and choohas in the godaams :LOL:

Iran is a massive country, small population compared to us. They seem to take care of their country based on the vids I seen. Gotta be some poor dirty areas there too but, c'mon. Even Saooodi have some not good areas, as do France, the UK and US. AFrica and South America also very dirty and poor in a lot of places.

Theys doing pretty decent bhai......despite 45 year sanctions. Sub say barri baat, no jungli riff raff no?

Zero dalit tolerance and thats why they don't even exist over there.

In our country today, yous always looking ova yer shoulder k kaheen dalit on CD-70 don't appear out of nowhere and rob you in 2 seconds.

Our establishment has failed us bhai. If you can't even provide security or a decent economy, then you have failed as a gubment!

Bhai Iran is also a proper authoritarian state, vice and morality police, an all powerful clergy, great satan enemy.. the works.

That way toh paaji, DPRK has 0 crime, then, eh ?

There are some slums in Saudi that are worse than those in Dharavi Mumbai. Some marketplaces have street hawkers selling Tasbeeh and Jainamaaz on the smelly streets (not just desis but Yemenis and Ethiopeans too) and dirty places that look worse than backstreet lower class neighborhoods in Bangladesh or Pakistan. Saudis are just content to let things slide and be what they are until they get tired of them, then bulldoze the whole neighborhood. In some Saudi cities, you will forget that you are in Saudi, rather than some 4th tier desi town.
