I am sure such towns exist everywhere in the subcontinent, especially hill stations in India and also in Northern Pakistan. But generally, towns with scarce industrial activity, and with mainly University population will look best, such as Rajshahi, a second tier city in Bangladesh. No its the whole town.

Rajshahi is home to several universities with large sprawling campuses, with the top ones being Rajshahi University, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, and Varendra University. These institutions offer a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

However the images I posted are of the town in general, and not just college or university campuses.
