It's all in the weave, I'm told... how many knots you can cram into a small square inch... or something of the sort. Man hours and expert craftsmen too, at least of the Kashmiri ones. Some are indeed exorbitantly priced. Persian ones may be a notch or 2 above them.

Sharma I've seen em go for like 1 lakh dollar.......And when bitches go bankrupt.......first thing to be taken by the bounty hunters is the antique Persian rug.........bounty hunters are dispatched to reclaim it cuz its generally the most valuable item from the premises.
