Brain toh keema type tha, very nice with those mull style tandoori rotis, maida ones.. they soak waay better than atta ones.

Still, no, man.. im mostly a chicken only guy here.. gravy boneless, warna tandoor nice thigh, leg, breast.. tandoor or amriki style fry

or breast in angrej style mushroom pepper sauce with sawtay di sabziyan !

Haan. Bawas cook the brain (goat) whole. In a tomato and onion based patya (mild watery salan/gravy). Its a delicacy, but looks wise not for the faint of heart. Think last scene of Hannibal Lecter in Silence of the Lambs ...
