Yes, I know that Indians mainly rely on their mouths for work. There may be Russians. But Indians are very smart. Indians never do anything beyond Russia's capabilities.

For example, China launched a manned rocket 3 months ago. This is beyond Russia's current capability. So India doesn't do it.
