Agreed British committed many crimes against humanity in South Asia or Asian Subcontinent.

Another important thing to remember is that Punjabi soldiers were about 62% of the British Indian Army's combatant forces, which had a total strength of 158,200. Whatever the British army did in India could not have taken place without the participation of the Punjabi soldiers. They also helped the British suppress the Sepoy mutiny of 1857, as they were the only army unit that did not take part in the mutiny against the British. This is especially true for the Punjabi Sikh soldiers.

I think the punjabi soldiers are the reason India won any war against us if it did, I'm not too familiar with it, just things I've heard

You are 100% correct because not only Indian Punjabi generals and Soldiers but also our own Punjabi generals defeated us. Both General Niazi and General Jagjit Singh, Sujan Singh Uban, were Punjabis. Look at this list and find out very hard who is not a Punjabi :
