Tell one thing. It's 21st century and an age of globalization. Due to immigration/migration (whatever the right term) demographics are becoming 'mixed' at least in some countries. Hyderabad ij best imo

Lucknow lacks that Mirchi and spice kick, though the fragrance is divine, saffron red and white rice alag alag can see.

Kolkata, with the zabardasti ka boil ..I don't get it, but don't mind it either. Can be quite nice, actually... but makes it like a Tehri imo... and I like Tehri... veggie yellow rice with gobi 🌶 etc
