please dont say that , Ganga ram Hospital is next to my daughters school and even my cousin sister works there in accounts deptt ... she once i met her in a family wedding told most pakistanies coming to SGRH for treatemnt are proper punjabies and some from very affluent families too she can tell caause she is married to a Punjabi whose family hails from Sialkot itself

Bhai there is a lot of covert trade on the borders. Nobody thinks like that anymore except the migrant hold outs sitting in the UK, most of whom can barely speak any language of the subcontinent. Most haven't even visited the subcontinent and many of these big mouths were born overseas in either the Al-Qaeda GCC of the 80's or 90's or the similar era in the UK. You can see a few of these types on our other forum.

Pretty sure the floor manager of the restaurant I was just staying at in London was a Pakistani.
