Was watching a YT video of Karl Rock today, in which he visited Pak recently (much before Pahalgam though). He's uploaded many videos of that trip, so something might have skipped the attention of many - He said in one of the videos that people in Gilgit Baltistan were asking him if it makes sense for them to join India.

Edit: He has visited Pakistan 2 years earlier also, and says that the change is very visible now. Pakistan is noticeably poorer, filthier and people are very despondent and leaving in droves

I remember when he went visiting, saw that series, but this little bit skipped me, damn !

He was also tailed by 2 heavies and questioned once at a dhaba.

Later his wife also went to Nankana sahib, just till there but, not even Lahore.

Used to be a pilgrim or devote special ek din ka visa system there.. probably canned now.

His pappy in law is some congress MLA type, and he was protesting, got arrested even at some anti CAA protest in Delhi some years ago.

I feel the same towards him as towards any dalit indic marrying a Parsi girl.
