I believe k ye saaray apnay aap ko khud he self deport kar dain gay no?
Bhai ager aaj if you shut down the NHS/ Dole/ council homes gravy train……90% taxi forum will self deport themselves in a heartbeat.
UK has hyperinflation now and there is simply no work other than the services industry…..
UK has long de industrialized.
Friend of mine had a crash today. Broke his collar bone. Overlapped and touched wheels in a moment of inattention. We were all with him and his wife at the hospital within a couple of hours of the crash (20 km out of Poona).
He had already had primary checkup, concussion protocol, MRai, pain killer injection, etc. done at a local hospital. Courtesy another rider doctor friend of ours.
An ambulance then shifted him to the main city hospital close to his place. Cycle was stored safely meanwhile close to the crash site for later retrieval (these bikes cost lacs).
He was in the ER, and within 30 minutes (on a Sunday) the main Orthopaedic surgeon was there. And the operation set up for the next day. And after another round of X rays and blood taken for pre op workup, he was shifted to a AC semi private room. Nicely suited in hospital pyjamas. Private rooms were not available but he will be shifted into one the moment one gets free.
All of this was cashless. He has Insurance but the details were in his laptop. At home. So they gave the go ahead to paying out of pocket anyways. No delay. No stress.
Another friend's brother in law was there with us. From London. Here in India to escape the NHS and get some quality medical care.
His mouth was open at the support system Indians have. 5 friends there within an hour. Cars and drivers. Someone with his kid. Senior doctors immediately on call. Residents handling things and the pre workup before his arrival. Professional ER crew. No shor sharaba. No waiting. No lines. No dhakka mukki.
And a "non critical" operation scheduled immediately the next day. Zero wait time.
All of this we Indians take for granted.
Because we do not live in a third world country like the UK.
