Perfection and simplicity have their own beauty. Sitting in India, you won't understand.

Less is more.

I don't like overly ornate decorative elements - too tacky.

Just my taste.

Test is okey but it is not for every one.. They are beyond luxury and very few can afford that sort of houses.

Aussies are so racist that they barely accepted us Irani/ decent looking Pakistani/ North Indians/ Afghani on looks alone. Extreme racism like you can't even imagine.

Otherwise bhai twaadda Allah he maalik hae down unda.

The racism is easy to explain.

These are descendants of convicts and criminals. The whole world knows this.

This is not true. I have friends who live in very modern houses - both in the US and in Bangladesh. All you need is money. You already have modern Taste.

But the thread was not even about that.

Australian houses (homes) are mostly stick-built wood-framed houses. Or - metal stud framed houses nowadays.

Indian companies have very rare (if any) expertise on building these houses.

I feel like I'm wasting my breath explaining these facts to you.

You have to have a minimum of architectural and civil engg. knowledge to understand these subjects - to discuss.

You won't understand it and I need a long explanation of why so much attention was given to very basic things. When you have to wear cloths, why spend days and months to make it beautiful.

When you have to fetch water from well, why spend so much of decorating it?

When you have to live inside, why spend so much on outside decoration or beautification?

These are civilizational things @Bilal9 . It is different from Western standardization.

Your taste is your taste. Mine is mine.

Feather your nest how you like.

Your money - your choice.

It is not the basically the point of discussion here. The point is that we have more to offer in housing front than even Australians can imagine.

Your taste as shown here - is definitely not the taste of Australians. By a long shot.

Same with housing construction technology - they don't use Indian-style decorative stonework to decorate their houses or even build with same type of "legacy" materials.

There is a reason why modern construction methods were invented, which Indians do not have yet. Still building with brick or cinder block walls and RCC frames.

Indian expertise does not apply - too antiquated.

Superior/inferior comparison is pointless.

This is a laughable argument. You keep going because like the usual older Indian uncles - you fail to see the error of your backdated ways. Too smug to admit it.

China is in a far more appropriate position to serve Australian needs - with modern construction methods and materials.

@Jiangnan your thoughts.
