Its not lack of ability, its that these aircraft are surplus. They have the ones that they want to bring to Block 70 and have Rafales. And on the hunt for F-35s. So with that sort of a modernized force, they can get rid of a few Block 30s

Greece still has some respectable air capability, perhaps not on par with Turkey, but they can put up a hold up if things went for the worse.

India will be interested in buying Mirage 2000. India has a plna to keep Mirage 2000 operational for one more decade to come.

though we have seen Flankers launch nuke capable al brahmos lately.. hmm

they also landed the mirage at the delhi - UP expressway, ekdum tanatan Zermoney autobahn and Norway type.
