bhai mirchain masalay I can't take anymore. Had nihari at a friends place a few days ago and that resulted in extreme tuttiyaan/ diarrhea......it really fukked me up bad.

Body rejects heavy oily/ spicy food very badly and now I get this allergy from ghattiya long term frozen beef or even this basturd growth hormone/ anti-biotic infused chicken it results in runny nose/ watery twitchy eye or asthma symptoms.......

very bad dramay with eating meat these days. Pretty apparent that your body chemistry changes with age.

You eat daal/ chawal/ sabzi/ lobiya etc.......you stay good bhai.....

Simple logic........gosht khana becoming fraught with danger for me now.

Processed meat total ban laga diya hai mainay. No more ordering sausages, bacon, frozen nuggets wagairah. Zehar hai bhai. I have seen my elder brother at the receiving end of this kind of diet. Haalat kharab hai uss ki BC .

been surviving on bread and restaurant ki roti when not at home proper.

bhai, in all honesty.......meat of pretty much any kind zehr bun gya hae!

I have no idea what the mofo's are feeding these poor animals or injecting them with because every time I eat it, meray lund lugg jaatay hain.

Blocked nose, runny nose, ringing in the ears, restless during sleep, watery or itchy eye or some weird shiit happens like serious sneezing and my doctor told me that its protein allergy or more like wtf they injecting/ feeding that protein bhai......

Growth hormones/ anti-biotics we inadvertently consuming bhai in that meat and in a few years they'd ban those particular ones that are fukking me up right now.

Its so bad now that I start reliving the previous bad experience of the protein allergy.

Daal/ sabzi/ channay/ lobia is a much safer bet now except eating daal/ channay at night I'm limiting in quantity as its hard to move.

Japanese food has msg and they fukking lace their processed meats with it and its highly toxic.

Food here is hard in Japan.
