we are like Japan in a sense, ki technology hai.. we sent stuff to the moon and mars, and in orbit around the sun.. it won't take long to convert rockets to ICBMs which can hit every chappa chappa on earth.

but west will sanction us if we start testing ICBMs of that range.

Japan also got a space program, and a nuclear program.. kitna time lagega to develop a bomb and repurpose space rockets to nuke delivery systems ?
