There is a reason why army is still reluctant to strike these terrorists’ Afghan bases. Either the Afghans have found a guardian which army wants to avoid or the army wants to let the attacks grow to divert people’s attention from demand of democracy and seek international funds under the pretext of fighting terrorism.
