The DEA itself is extremely corrupt and that's how the drugs enter the US. They can't help it because the payouts are enormous. Latin America is no place to visit bhai. I'd like to go to Mexico sometime because certain areas over there are just out of this world and great food. I've hung out with Chicano's quite a bit in Chicago.
