Even if we admit half these losses as legit, it is a severe loss to Pakistan and truly a body blow.

More concerning is India's battle posture today where like I've been crystal on this is extremely hostile. India is poised to strike again at anytime like he says once the US is convinced to get out of the way.

I believe this toad and take his rhetoric very seriously. I believe India will strike us some time in the next few months and my fear is that this time around the IN will be used to deliver a crushing blow from the south.

We have no counter to the threat posed by the IN to not just our navy but to the city of Karachi:

So far I believe everything he’s said. Very plausible all his claims.

I’ve already mentioned on the other forum that we’ve been basically defeated, whilst all yous chutiye were making childish J-10C vs Rafale memes, India had already busted you right in da booty and taken the next flight out, now you wandering around hapless……just look at the body language and demeanor of shehbaz and whiskey or other leaders on the screen doc…..they look very deflated and nervous no?

So far it’s me and bilal khan who totally acknowledge our defeat.
 
So what will be the fall out from an emerging picture of a clear Pakistani defeat?

I would like to list my observations/ recommendations to prevent a future repeat of this sindhoor event:

1. Confidence in Chinese and Turkish weapon systems will plummet and will affect sales. Without a doubt Pakistan would have to approach new suppliers in the EU and quite possibly Russia/ Iran.

2. Pakistan will have to start large scale production of ballistic missiles and drones. If there is a take away from this debacle, then this must be it. Bilal Khan has been very clear that we have fukk all manufacturing inhouse.

3. Critical defense infrastructure has to be moved out west deep inside KP/ Balochistan. The toad has already mentioned all our surviving AWACS have been relocated to Samungli (Quetta) already. That gives us about a 450 km head start from the eastern borders to try stopping the next volley of missiles. Most large fixed TPS series radars must also be moved out west. I believe Pasrur/ Badin/ Sakesar locations etc will be abandoned as too vulnerable to Indian attack.

4. PN has to consider building massive protected pens to house its critical assets such as subs and the newer expensive corvettes and frigates. Iranis are lucky they have mountainous terrain around the PG so they've constructed deep shelter caves for most of their navy. We need to relocate the navy out to Ormarra or to even Jivani out west where we can replicate these mountain tunnels to hide our major/ irreplaceable assets. Kemarri is just too vulnerable.

5. Pac-3's/ Cayote/ C-Ram systems must be acquired on lease at any cost. We must talk to Russia to purchase their Pantsir S3 variant coming out.

6. Easy for me to suggest all this, but in order to move/ abandon relocate a base like Sargodha for example would cost a billion $'s. I believe that's a stupid idea since Sargodha has no utility anymore. How about doing an underground missile/ drone city around the Hills near Samungli. Far better idea.

I can keep going here, but only the astute will understand the need to think out of the box here. Our FOB's have all been compromised and our entire defense posture requires a rethink.

Two key things Pakistan needs, even if the third - knowhow and technology (actually two different things from an industry perspective) is somehow magically obtained.

1) Money

2) Time

Money lets say the Americans give you. Either directly or through their various arms.

Time is the only thing we (Indians) control.

Not to give you time.

To develop and build even more rapidly in the same time frame.

And to keep gathering intelligence to nullify every new move of yours.

Your idea 9f extending 150 kms to 450 is like pissing in the wind.

Pakistan needs to be placed at the very least where Spain is, to regain a semblance of deterrence for the next (likely fatal) round.

India has rubbed the US the wrong way, and they have lost patience playing games they are not used to.

Now we get to see their true face, which guys like me with IQ never ever forgot, from the 70s 80s and 90s growing up.

Which is why I said, money dont worry.

Hardware too is now going to start flowing into Pakistan. Like it used to. Probably more. Gloves are now off. And India is now a global threat. About to join China. India is no longer a regional player the US was happy to let the Pakistanis check and counterbalance.

The American deep state will not make the China mistake with India.

And they cannot afford to. Because the US today is not the US of the 90s when they actually helped China rise.

More and more it looks like an Asian axis will need to form.

I disagree, diversified portfolio hai India ka, across sector cooperation and strategic/defence procurements.

Nuke deal bhool gaye, Doc sb ? MMSonia sarkar and Bushy 2.

Rafale was the best in class from what we had on the offer table.

Going forward there will be more and more indigenization and more desi maal, like we see in the NAVY already to a large extent.

Army too, the relatively simple to make stuff like field cannons/arty, APCs, infantry fighting vehicles, tanks, drones (some) are desi maal with L&T, Mahindra, Tata and others stepping up.

I see no point crying about the past.

The Rafale kickbacks by the BJP from late file goom gayi Parrikar's time was loot of the nation. Plain and simple. While the airforce barely had a gulel to throw at the sky.

You seems to be ignorant of the fact that it is hugely wasteful and inefficient for a fighting arm to be running systems from completely disparate ecosystems. Western and Russian.

In the absence of production capabilities, kya karein ?

All our eggs in one basket is the only solution ?

Only the US, Russia, China, France use exclusively their own combat fleets, and they'd be loath to go for kisi doosre ka maal.

Us gareeb must do what we have to, Pak is rapidly shifting to China exclusively only because unko nobody will sell.

Then there's other geopolitical considerations, log khush ho jaate hain agar hum unka maal khreeden toh.

Majboori ka naam... waali baat :P

Test drive toh hamare pilots ne li thi, technical assessment was our qualified guys' job.

Who knows, kickbacks ki kya kahani hai (historically also)

Jo bhi hai, now we stuck with Rafale.. 40 something Ms now for the Navy.. eventually it'll be the backbone with at least the planned 126, likely more.

Too late now to back out now, we gotta see it through.

Going fwd pata nahi what they'll do with our ageing fleet, it sure is a cause for concern.

Yes, given a choice they'd have gone for f-17 block 70 or something.

Ek time pe there were discussions at the old old place that they were in talks for Eurofighters but fell through.

Sweden are known to do their own thing, Gripen failed to meet whatever criteria maybe ?

Gripen is the Walmart fighter of the fighter jet club. Great for Sweden and their industry. But ideally that's the role what our Tejas should have filled.
