Its not lack of ability, its that these aircraft are surplus. They have the ones that they want to bring to Block 70 and have Rafales. And on the hunt for F-35s. So with that sort of a modernized force, they can get rid of a few Block 30s

India will be interested in buying Mirage 2000. India has a plna to keep Mirage 2000 operational for one more decade to come.
