I don't believe there is any truth in the narrative that Bangla coup was orchestrated by the CIA. Likewise I also do not believe the US will destabilize its low ranked ally India's NE.

However, a destabilized Bangla could have catastrophic consequences for the Indian NE. These are all 7 minority sister states, east of the chicken neck.

Bangla uprising was a people's uprising, plain and simple. The students who led the uprising - chose Dr. Muhammad Yunus, he wasn't chosen by the CIA.

The Modi administration and his RAW operatives failed miserably in their mission to keep Hasina in power, which they invested tremendous money and effort - for the last fifteen years.

Hasina and AL even used Hindi-speaking Indian govt. commandos to control the uprising, it has been now proven beyond the shade of any doubt (investigation is ongoing and Indian govt. will have to answer to the Int'l Court of Justice ICJ for human rights violations).

Hasina had totally sold our country to Indian (Modi) interests, including the business friends of Modi, Adani and Ambani. Indian govt. benefited in tremendous manner during Hasina's (mis)rule, draining Bangladesh economy dry toward their own benefit. This is the reason for the current heartburn in Godi Media.
