Bhai 200 years ago all these Caucasian republics were citizens of the Safavid empire. The issue is that when Czar Nicholas signed these treaties of Golestan and Turkmanchy and half a dozen others, there was a clause in it that these lands be returned to Persia upon the completion of the period (a century).

Problem now is neither czarist Russia is there, nor Safavid Persia, and look who lives in those territories today.

Correct- but that doesn't make them Persians or even Iranians unless they're Iranian citizens. Just like we were under British rule, but that has not changed our race.

India too used to consider Azerbaijan a friend, but their Islamic brotherhood prevailed over the years old friendship and they started supporting Pakistan on Kashmir issue only because of Islamic brotherhood. Now they say that Azerbaijan is ready to purchase as much weapons as Armenia buys from India. India refused.

Most of the mull world stays out of the Kashmir dispute, for 2 reasons:

That India is home to the largest population (170 odd million) in a non Islamic country.

And also that they're doing serious business with India, at the least the Gulfie lot.

Meanwhile Pak still busy kicking the dead horse of the barely-issue that is Kashmir.

Azeris are nobodys, not worth bothering about.

Armenians, we used to have a community in Kalkatta, there was a thread about em here, or maybe at the old place.. now sadly, numbering only in their hundreds, or the lower thousands.. something like that.

Internationally, we have a beef with Paxtanis over Kashmir, and China.. land disputes, both. Rest of the world isn't our concern... Gaza-Israel, Russia - Ukraine etc ..

Why wade into other peoples' matters ? .. We don't talk about Taiwan either, and China reciprocate and stay mum on Kashmir..

You missed one thing. They consider subcontinent Muslims substandard Muslims. They see subcontinent Muslims as converted who wear Salwar on the edge of sword. Talwar ke Zor par Salwar Pahen ne wale log. Aisa Manate hai wo log.
