G  South Asia
I seen vids of Saudia food, they have what looked like some pretty decent rice preparations, kinda pilaf style, lotsa meat but wasn't too impressed.. not like Biriyani, for which we're totally shukarguzar to the Iraandi peepal.
At the risk of doing an off topic segway, I will digress, but just this once.

Saudi cuisine borrows heavily from Lebanese, Iraqi and Syrian foods as they (Bedouins) were expert navigators of the desert.

Contrary to popular belief, there is not a lot of cholesterol in their food.

I have been to many Bangladeshi households who had spent entire lifetimes in Saudi and to be present in their house during Sehri or Iftar is a treat, which is filled with Saudi specialties to enjoy.

Instead of boring everyone, I will provide a link.

Also - my favorite Saudi treat is something called Mahalabia (Milk pudding as a desert) usually with a Jello topping.

Usually served chilled in the evening when breaking fasts (iftaar).

Like our prophet Muhammad (SAW), I also have a weakness for sweets.
