He's exaggerating probably because his news agency needs audience. I remember living here in the mid 90s and gun violence and crime was terrible. As far as i can tell this is much less like that.

The slums is where da action is. Total anarchy. Problem is, most of our city is slums.

I've been around the city. It's not as bad as the mid 90s in terms of violence.

Slums were always bad but the city is far from anarchy. It's business as usual here, even with the inflation of the past year.
