Process is ongoing, but demand far outstrips supply. This is Uttara Sector 18 in Dhaka. More than just housing, this effort is in essence a way to transform society, teaching rural and semi-urban people how to live in a more harmonious urban setting, instead of slums. I must admit that this apes China's approach to the urban housing problem - China has been more successful at this.
