Man that Nihari in the package was just like from the Lal Qila restaurant tin. So good when reheated. Aloo Palak was good too minus the potato texture, but still edible.
Very much an apocalypse/ ration/ emergency sorta package for us. I always stock Lal Qila nihari tins as my rainy day meal when its snowing or raining outside and yous outta groceries:
