My point is simple.

If a country like China is powerless against a smaller country like India where the Dalai Lama is concerned.

If a country like India is powerless against a smaller country like Pakistan where Dawood and Hafeez are concerned.

What chance do you think Bangladesh has?

The time for these kinds of boasts has sailed.

Bangladesh has plenty of leverage against India - mostly trade leverage but also geo-political leverage.

$45 Billion a year in trade, all told. And suspension of all existing bilateral agreements and MOUs as well.

Bangladesh is firmly outside the sphere of Hasina and India.

If India can deal with that - then all good.

You underestimate the anger against Hasina owing to what she did as an Indian plant.

And you also underestimate our resolve.

Dalai Lama, Dawood, Hafeez are not good analogs to compare.

You forget your geography.

Maybe opening a school atlas would help.

Condescending attitude noted.

Geography can go both ways - maybe you should remind yourself of the chicken's neck. :D

Just try something - and heed Rajnath Singh's paper tiger advice. Try and see.

Bangladesh is not Maldives or even Nepal. Bullying will not work with Bangladesh.

Lahore was saved by, among others, the East Bengal Regiment in 1965 - Major Zia won gallantry awards at that time.

As of yesterday - Chinese troops have made incursions 60 KM into Arunachal Pradesh past the border.

Your FM and Home Minister are mum about that - cat got their tongue?

All their bravado is limited to dissing smaller neighbors like Bangladesh. Emphasis on "limited".

We will provide refuge to Anup Chetia then.

When Lutfuzzaman Babar was minister - Indians would start shaking their knees at the very mention of his name.

ULFA, Kamtapur Liberation Army and dozens of other secessionist organizations in NE India are still ready to go.

India's strategy about dealing with Bangladesh is always less than smart. Sooner or later - they will lose the seven sisters.

Regrettable.

Some eye-opening analysis by Bobby Hajjaz, some of his thoughts do have merit. Why Hasina was a BJP sponsored implant in Bangladesh.
