Its not cruelty. Desis do not have what it takes to be cruel.

They take a grilled piece and wrap it in the naan morsel with onions, fresh Mint, Parsley, Cilantro, Chives and its just out of this world good.

He's got a good channel this Iranian Armenian guy.......



Sharma, a perfectly grilled Jiger kabab like this is better than any gosht kabab......once you start eating it, you won't back down until you get gout!

Just ask doc how good Alletti Palletti is when done right, although I'm partial to our version with Fenugreek.

Please note, with a billion plus, there are both chhoti lullis and bade dils and ucch vichaar coexisting.

You need to be of the land and people to know the difference.
