Im begining to believe that the reclaiming will be largely initially home grown. Led by Persian speaking Iran native Zarathushtis. Of course guided and supervised and trained and controlled by our Dasturs and Mobeds.

If you've eaten brain, then liver and kidney is a lot more solid than it. Im not greatly fond of kidney or balls. Brain too I prefer cutles only. Not gravy. But liver I fkn LOVE man.
