Its a great habit.

Making stuff out of leftovers.

Fried rotis are popular at home.

We call it Vaghareli Roatali Doc. Great test. Try some time. Tempering of Muster seeds in oil. Green Chilly. Add butter milk. Allow it to boil. Add Left over Roti piece and allow to cook for 2 minutes.It will test batter than most of costly dishes. Simple, yet testy recipe. My favourite. Ofcourse, salt and chilly powder.

namak mirch waali fried crispy rotis are Gujju ?

interesting, my mum loves those, I also eat sometimes.. good with regular alu gobi sabzi etc, and dahi.

Yes, they are called thepala. If brushed bottle guards or Mehis is added and made thick, it is called Dhebara. Ultimate test. Eat it with banana , cucumber Raita. It will test great.
