You seeing this? Badami Peshawari chicken. You could do it with lamb too and its even better.

Real Pashto food........Jack shiit spices other than rock salt. Those little baby indian limes get melty too and edible in each bite since they get smoked/ steamed/ roasted and them chillies are half hot, or quarter hot. If you like hot eat em or leave em, but their flavors/ aroma already infused in the gosht due to steaming.

nice, I think most of us desi lot really miss a trick with meat.. bhot masaley chep dete hain needlessly when sometimes the best thing is just the meat itself, a hint of namak, kaali mirch, kashmiri laal mirch (which isnt very hot, kinda paprika type pepper) .. and grill the feck out of it.. little charred at the sides kar ke... dee-lish !

Inka naam hai kaafi. They used to have a place in gurgaon but shut shop and shifted to another location, I'll have to check ab kidhar khola hai new one, or if there even is a new one... great food.

Rustom's also killer, also disappeared I think :(
I used to hit the Sardarji's dhabba about a km from the crown plaza in Gurgaon and he'd fix me a real karrahi every evening because he just knew it cuz his dad was from Peshawar so he had good naan and NWFP style food.

I'd tell him k bhai k aap real karrhaiyaan/ kabab tikkay bana rahay ho idher dhabbay main with saag n lobia/ channay/ sabzi like real food that we eat......and I can't fukking eat that commercial dalit food in the 4 star Crown Plaza and I come to your place every evening........and pay outta pocket.

Bichara always wanted to go back to Peshawar and reclaim his property over there.

Millions got fukked over Sharma due to this Zionist partition. They lost everything and worse, everyone........

Did you visit Moti Mahal ?

Orginal butter chicken inhi ne banaya tha, traces roots back to Peshawar:

Moti Mahal is famous for its iconic Butter Chicken, which is said to have been invented by Kundan Lal Gujral, the founder, in the 1930s. The dish was created to revive leftover tandoori chicken by simmering it in a rich tomato-based gravy with butter and cream. Kundan Lal Gujral, also credited with inventing Tandoori Chicken and Dal Makhani, established Moti Mahal in Peshawar, and later in Delhi after Partition. The restaurant, now a successful chain, is known for preserving the original recipe of Butter Chicken.
