the most over rated paratha's in delhi are that of parathe wali galli which i think are nothing but shallow fried stuffed poories in desi ghee with insane level wierdest imaganble stuffings like rabri and banana and even nutella

while the best partah experience is always in dhabbas where you find three wheeler or taxi drivers flocking them nd they will be easy on pocket too

well delhi food cultur has been destroyed as food has become way way too expensive and protions become too small

Good Food is not just for Foriegn tourist but genralpublick but in delhi even common man only dares to go such palces only very very few occssions

i remmebr during by college years in early 1990s or even till mid 2000 food cultar was good but after 2010 sudenlly everythings prices started going through the roof and specillay after this Food V logger cultuar way too much gimmickarry has started and oly those either earning 50K or above can enjoy if they are libing alone and if you have a family of four and school going kids even 1 lakh is not enough and having a dinner once a month looks a very posh affair

Delhi food vlogs, if you search.. mostly its goras with big subscriber counts jinke vids first ate hain.

Or what, parathe wali gali and sitaram chhole also become too dear ?

I know a lot of mind blowingly good chaat, samosa and even kebab places.. ekdum sasta masta and bilkul tichh maal !

Dilli m aapko ek hazaar ek tension hogi, but food will not be one of them

parathas wise, I like mutter ke parathey a lot

ghar pe bhot sahi banate hai, here I survive on takeout and basic bread anda and sausage/nuggets type frozen xhit.

dont know how to cook, no domestic help.. khane ki bhot tension rehti hai bc.. so many times its just a flavour wala yogurt and museli, with a kela.
