These Palestinians and the entire northern ME is long under Iranian sway now. Irans runnin the entire show. Handing out a few billion to militia groups is easy peasy for Iran. Money comes from charities/ Anjumans/ foundations and donations etc. I bet you money Irans doing a good $150 billion in trade today since most of the transactions are under the radar to avoid sanctions. Israel’s up against a juggernaut of 200 million Shias in the region and its future is up in the air.
