Love it, I always ask for some extra charred crispy bits off the big slab. Carcinogenic, some say, but I love the crunch, and the smokey aftertaste.I am partial to Turkish Doner Kebap and Shawarma - they taste more authentic. There are quite a few joints around my hood.

Mezze xhite, kibbeh/kibbet fried ones too.. with a salat, pickled cucumber/chilli, other fresh greens.. the sauces/dips like tahini etc are amazing too.. proper relatively healthy light on the system stuff, perfect for hot climates, and it does get searing hot here in India too.. good stuff, wash it all down with a beer.
