What's slang or offensive about lungi.

Its a garment worn by most of your countrymen.

Are you so westoxified as to look down on your own ex countrymen?

Granted they have a peculiar body odor.

Granted they are short dark and not entirely pleasant looking.

But still. You are of them man.

You can take a lungi to Malibu.

You cannot take Malibu to a lungi.

I have never worn a Lungi in my life, but many Bangladeshis (and Indians) do.

Please don't characterize people by their looks or terms like body odor. It is immature behavior.

These are human beings you are talking about, you are no better or worse compared to them.

The way you use the term Lungi - is as a derogatory slang gaali (name calling) for Bangladeshis (like Indian trolls do).

Calling people names like Lungi is tantamount to hate speech and will attract trolling behavior from people who take offense.

This is against forum rules. Please abide by them.

Be sensible - give human beings the human dignity they deserve.
