Old situation, this, no ? I remember a thread many many years ago at the OG forum about Pakistanis (and maybe some Indians/BDs too) .. business bana rakha hai wahan bheek maang ne ka during hajj and umrah.. its a cartel.. these troopers go and beg beg beg, then they gotta pay the boss later.. exploiting the 'zakat' concept, in a very pro max way.

India me itna nahi hai, in Pak they're terrified of some yahudi saazish in the vaccination drives.. its why so many still suffer from Polio etc there.. and docs and medics get shot up on the regular when they set up those camps.
