In Australia now my Irani friends saying that Persian restaurants are going non halal cuz the customers are mostly iranis and Aussies with a sprinkling of muzlims. Now muzlims badmashi kartay hain haram halal key and Aussie can’t have dinner without alcohol.

So economics dictating business decisions now.

Aap ko halal khana hae then just go to Pakistani or afghani restaurant.

Irani restaurants will not serve halal. BYOB k sign dekh kar moon banatay hain Subcontinent k muzlim.

They are half hot, not fiery hot like Thai chilies. The magic is that sheep fat he drizzles whilst bbqing and then again during the steaming after the bbq.

It’s just melt in your mouth soft and a beautiful char flavor.
