Hard to believe Hindu people can eat gosht like this because when I worked in Gurgaon Bechtel HQ, only one or two guys (Kaist) ate gosht.......baqi had trouble sitting on the same table as us in the Crown Plaza.

Manoj Nigam ate gosht and a south Indian muzlim guy Dada Peeran managed it......Baqi saaray Atul, Ankit, Vijay, Sharma, Verma, Upreti, Saurabh Jain, Sudharshan, Rahul and ten others bhai........they couldn't even look at it......sub ko ulti aati thee.......

And this food in the vid is very different to what they had in Dilli......this is almost like Malay/ Indonesian food no?

It is fiery hot. All hand ground masalas. And jowar or bajre ki bhakri. Break or crush and soak in gravy. Thecha is crushed green chillies with fried tadka of ginger garlic. I am mas about it. Plain simple white rice finishes the last course. Once you are done with the freshly cooked hot bhakris. Usually 2 is max I can eat. They are a big thaali size, folded and broken into 4 quarters. And there ia tambda rassa and pandhara rassa. The first is fiery red, watery stock, to be drunk or bhakri dipped in to soak. The second is thickish white chicken stock boiled on a slow flame all day.
