Be neutral. Don't listen to US. To be an enemy of US is dangerous but be the friend of US is fatal.

You are trying to bad mouth the US when your leadership was like a guard dog of the US - happy at the prospect of being used as a useful adversary against China. However the US was sorely mistaken, because of its own miscalculation, your leadership duped the US.

Now that the US has forsaken you, you are lashing out against the US. I guess no more Trump pooja for Indians?

But you keep forgetting, you are still the dog, and the US is still your master. US doesn't care about your barking.

China has a backbone to stand up against the US, the US respects China for that.

The US has zero respect for India and its barking dogs, given that loss of Indian exports to US will hurt India's economy severely.

@Jiangnan your thoughts.

We have a saying in Bengali,

"Obhaga jedike chahe, saagar shukaiye jai."

Which means, "To the unfortunate - even the chances as big as the sea evaporates". :p:D

Running to Beijing with a begging bowl is not going to be fruitful.

The Chinese have seen Feku and his ilk, and how untrustworthy these people can be. It is a non-starter.

How unfortunate of India to have this kind of leadership, but they voted him in.

It is a f*cked up situation for India.

If you gots the monies... big if (and not you specifically, but you, as in anyone generally)

bhai.. future ka dekh ke, if you know the market.. buy land, a huge swathe of.. wait, and sell to a developer at a huge profit.

need deep pockets for it, though.. I know a few here who still sailing 20 years ago ki winds

Gurgaon popped out of fkn nowhere, it was considered the boonies not that long ago at all..

and today you got all manner of really fancy shmancy Greg Norman ki chepi waala golf course bhi hai 18 hole waala in between those buildings

@Vsdoc ki favourite La Dinastia ka latest member, Vadra.. guy is a proper scumbag gangster.. he owns half that place, its nuts.

and here's the weird thing, traditional Delhi, not the old town.. wahan ke rate Gurgaon ki top properties se bhi double hain ! .. like you may be living in some flats/apartments, but right smack bang in the middle of all the chaos.. a lot of those folks been selling for a good deal of money and shifting to the burbs, as they say in your Amrika.. not that Gurgaon is 'the burbs' in any way, shape or form nowadays.. but it was for a short while.

Dilli bc, some ghatiya slummy noisy area 2bhk will also sell for good monies.

Dhaka me bhi ye hi hona hai, eventually, 100% .. likh ke le lo.. so maybe you should park some monies somewhere in the Dhaka 'burbs ki up and coming locality, pick a place where they only have kheti etc right now.. laga do paisa, goddess Laxmi will handle the rest !

we get the leaders we deserve.. old saying hai.

but then, what about the leaders we had, congress folk.. for the vast majority of our post Raj era ?

one can make a case for Nehru and his anti imperialist kinda socialist and egalitarian policies, sure.. but things have a shelf life, they go bad.. Modi/BJP is a reaction to all the filth they'd accumulated over the decades.

Aap BD ke ho.. and what grand style you lot kicked out Mujibur's little princess out, eh ?

So please, bhai.. don't be playing the ol' :

aap karo toh balatkar, hum karein toh chamatkaar... game with us.
