most Afghanis are not as light-skinned as advertised

This came as a surprise to me. I thought most, if not all, Afghans have colour like Europeans. In Afghanistan cricket team all players are fair skinned.

India should help Afghanistan to revive their Agriculture. Untill it is done, India should help Afghanistan with food grain and other food material to ensure that Afghanistan doesn't face food shortages. Afterall why friends are for?

to my best of my knowledge although i could be wrong, their is plenty of pashto in the army.

Yes but they are Pakistanis, not Afghans.
