Navy has a new 60m shallow-draft troop-carrier under build, preliminary images and plans are included below. Yard Details are still hush hush but possibly at DEW. The ship is a riverine vessel (not meant to operate in open sea) and can carry 200 fully equipped elite naval commandos for special forces reinforcements. Bangladesh Navy's marine commando unit is called Special Warfare Diving and Salvage (SWADS), modeled after U.S. Navy SEALs and trained in the U.S., Turkey, and South Korea.
