China can help Pakistan fix its education system. So people do
not have to go abroad for higher education.

Pakistani higher education ranking is still good according to most metrics. Most people use education as a pretext to leave Pakistan because still, a student visa is the easiest one in comparison to other visas. The pre-university education system needs quality teachers, which is rare these days. Chinese system will not work in Pakistan unless we do something about the prevailing 'Jahilyat' within society.
