I agree with you that there are many things China does better than USA. Especially when China deals with Third World Countries.

I think BRICS will introduce their currency first as CBDC before going retail. It will first compete with Bitcoin and SWIFT before taking on USD.

Here is Kunming Changshui Airport, closest large Chinese city airport to Bangladesh (about ~800 miles). The airport for this 3rd tier city in China looks to be larger than LAX, or Mumbai or Istanbul. Now imagine what the larger cities in China (and their airports and train terminals) look like.

Well this is a global phenomenon. Overspending on construction so officials take a bigger cut. What can us citizens do? Except report and criticize?

At least Kunming has an airport that will not need to be expanded for a while. And was built far cheaper than would be 20 years later.
