By the way Billu, India 's renewable energy is more than 4 times the BD's total electricity generation. We added more renewable energy last year than total electricity generation capacity of BD last year. Is it good enough @Bilal9 ?

There are ten times bhookhey, nangey aur natey Indians bhi us-taraf - compared to Bangladesh population. No one (much less Modi) cares about them in India. Yeh hai India! :-(

Color me impressed/depressed either way.....

Exactly, Now analyze what you wrote. It is crude oil which is a natural resource and it consumes big part of our import, Second is coal which is also a natural resource. Diamont and gold import is an investment not consumption.
Now reduce this from your list and let me know what remains thereafter.

We have big plan on Solar energy, EV and hydrogen. This will help us to reduce Crude oil and coal import. We are rushing in that direction at a very rapid pace. We are self-sufficient in most of the manufactured stuff but because of not sufficient crude oil and coal, lots of our foreign exchange is consumed. It is high on our agenda to meet our energy need from natural resources like solar, wind , EV etc. We are doing it exceedingly well and we have met all our targets well before deadline.
Even if we exclude oil, coal, diamond and gold from the list, India still is depended on other countries for chemicals, pharmaceuticals, rubber, plastics, electronics, and machinery. Peace.

So what? Even US is dependent on India for Pharmaceuticals. Many nations uses Indian petroleum products. All major countries in world dependent on India for software and other consultancy services.

Even our engineering goods export and automobile export is touching all time high.

It is you who started this "who is dependent on whom" thing. Just because Bangladesh buys agricultural products from India, you cannot say Bangladesh does not have any other place to go to buy agricultural products. The USA and the entire Europe depend on Bangladesh for apparel products. Now will it be correct to say the USA and the Europe cannot buy apparel products from other sources. Bangladesh is not dependent on India. We buy from you because you are the next door neighbor. If you don't sell rice, we will buy it from Vietnam, Thailand, China and Pakistan.
