When you motivate someone like you to prove that India has a rape culture, Some realities need to be bought to light to determine which country has rape culture. Figures of rapes as a percentage of population is 10X times higher in West and In Europe. In some countries, it is so common that it is no more consider serious. So when you try to show it as a part of culture, only DATA can prove that which country has a rape culture. Cherry picking an incident and highlighting it as a part of culture is very offensive and need to be called out. I just did that. While hyping an incident, you must see that it does not back fire.

once convicted, punishment is quite severe, add to that the shame etc.. and they get thrashed in jail by all the other inmates. If you a damn raypist, you're screwed in the slammer.

but that's an after-the-fact waali cheez. I'd like a death penalty for these subhumans, but then there's also a huge problem with weaponizing the allegation.. if some woman makes a complaint, you're done, basically, even if you're married or in a relationship and it was consensual between 2 adults.. this too happens a lot.
