I gotta ask the mods to do a modellers section here........

You gotta lift your game Sharma.......here Japanese are fukking magicians with craftsmanship and skill.

I'm just embarrassed taking my meager creations to the meetings/ shows.

You know the worlds greatest toy/ hobby fair is held annually in Shizuoka city convocation center. All the worlds hobby companies show up here in Japan for marketing and introducing new products.
Shizuoka is scale modeler central.

All the big Japanese scale model companies are in that city, like Tamiya, Hasegawa, Aoshima, Fujimi....

You any good with airbrush work @Lulldapull? I like Plasmo's (Czech Republic) work as well, he doesn't do too many ships though. His work with photoetch parts is legendary, one of my favorite modelers....

Bhai I got an old Iwata Eclipse and an Amazon bought air compressor. I would rate my airbrush skills as mediocre.

I thought Nightshift was a Czech Republic guy...

In any case - yes, his specialties are dioramas and weathering. I agree his skills are at insane level.
Eduard is the big Czech outlet and now the Uki co. 'Clear prop' doing great moldings and interesting subjects.

Euro's being gentlemen, always stick with the 1/72nd scale as the norm.

Shiit gets too big once you move up into 1/48th or 1/35th or anything like that and it just occupies a lot of shelf space and you end up selling/ giving away your kits to make room.

We need to start a hobby section here.

Sharma, you gotta do a Folland Gnat/ Ajeet no?

I mean that was da ace in da hole for the IAF back in 65/71.....

Special hobby got a kit.......just for yous.......

Got one right here, Red Arrows gnat ka 1/72 airfix starter kit.. paints all dried out, hope the cement is still good. Might give it a go with regular pastel colors, *&*&*&*& sa nikelaga but whatever.. all the pros seems to be using an airbrush etc
