Those who provide more than half rice to world are not Bhukhas. Those who gives SOS call for rice are bhukhas. India has eliminated hunger poverty a long ago. India's whole population is covered under world's largest medical cover which is bigger than whole world put together. Indian government has provided houses to the people equal to the whole population of BD. Where do you compare India with others? It is absolutely foolish.
