🇮🇷 Iran launched ballistic missiles towards Israel

G   Iranian Defense Forum
They are ballistic missiles. All ballistic missiles with medium range are most of the time hypersonic. Word hypersonic is used only when the missile is cruise and travel at low altitude. Have you ever heard India tested Hypersonic Agni V? Though all Indian missiles starting from Pruthvi are hypersonic and travels at a speed of Mach V+. this terminology is used for cruise missiles only. For example, Russia fired Hypersonic Kinzhal, India tested hypersonic missile HSTDV etc. Had they been hypersonic missiles, Israel would not have been successful in shooting them down.
More than 95% of Iranian missiles went right thru the IDF defenses. Thousands of vids online bhai. Accurately targeting from 1200kms away with conventional warheads is what Iran proved with its last attack. Russia China India Pakistan Turkey South Korea Japan can’t do this and we have never seen them do anything other than buy name brand western weaponry. Russian kinzhals and Iskunders and KH-101’s are barely cutting the mustard. We know this from many online sources. Iskunders have a CEP of about 50 meters at max range. This is a disgrace for Russia.

China key to baat he na karo to behtar hae bhai. Bachon k khilonay banata hae China for weaponry.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says his country is ready for a “war situation”.

Speaking while on a visit to Baghdad, he said: “We are fully prepared for a war situation. We are not afraid of war, but we do not want war, we want peace.”

He added that Iran would “work for a just peace in Gaza and Lebanon”.

The foreign minister is in Iraq to discuss efforts to stop the wars in Lebanon and Gaza.

Ex-Israeli spy chief says he expects Israel to strike Iran's nuclear sites

A former Israeli military intelligence chief has told the BBC that he expects Israel to strike Iranian nuclear sites in one of its "rounds" of attacks against Iran.

"Not only do I expect that, but I expect the international community to support us," Yossi Kuperwasser tells the BBC.

"Look how dangerous Iran is without nuclear weapons," says Kuperwasser, a former director general of the Israel Ministry of Strategic Affairs and Israel Defense Forces intelligence head.

It comes as reports suggest Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has assured US President Joe Biden that Israel will only target Iranian military infrastructure in response to the missile attacks earlier this month.

"I believe this is true," Kuperwasser tells the BBC, "because everybody has to understand this is not going to be a one-time attack by Israel."

Given Israel will be launching multiple rounds of attacks against Iran, "we have to make sure the Americans know we are attentive to their concerns about wide-scale regional war".

"The nuclear sites will have to be dealt with in the next round, if it's not going to be dealt with this round," Kuperwasser says.

IDF can only target Iran using aero ballistic missiles like sparrow or Popeye or a few dozen untested cruise missiles launched from their Dolfin class subs. F-35’s flying in for strikes will be very risky and the F-35’s carry small payloads on the 3000+ km round trip.

Irans laughing at just how powerless Israel is……😝

As Israel strikes Lebanon and Gaza, the region still waits to see how - or when - it will attack Iran.

On 1 October, Iran launched almost 200 missiles towards Israel, with most intercepted. At the time, Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel's prime minister, said Iran would "pay for it" - but there has been no military response yet.

Iran's foreign minister spoke last night to UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres - and said that Iran was ready to respond if Israel attacks.

"Iran, while making all-out efforts to protect the peace and security of the region, is fully prepared for a decisive and regretful response to any adventures" by Israel, Abbas Araghchi told Guterres, according to the Iranian foreign ministry.

Israel’s plan to respond to Iran’s October 1 attack is ready, a source familiar with the matter told CNN, without providing further information.

CNN has reached out to the Israeli ministry of defense for comment.

Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, have assured the US that a counterstrike on Iran would be limited to military targets rather than oil or nuclear facilities, according to a source.

Iran launched dozens of missiles toward Israel in retaliation for the killing of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh and others.

Netanyahu had vowed that Iran would “pay” for the attack.
