I think all the time. I over analyze things. I think it's genetic. I got it from my father. But he overthinks a lot. But he doesn't have stress and insomnia issues. My case is extreme. The longest without sleep I went is 5 days in row. Most people can't handle 2 days without sleep.

I had this issues since childhood.

Is this a curse?

Obviously man.

Have you tried needlepoint or crochet.

Do you any pure toddy sellers in Dhaanu Palghar region who offer home delivery?

Not the toddy laces with sedatives and anti depressants. They sell these days.

I heard there are some parsis living in those areas.

Of course bro. We have such in Poona as well.

A maushi (must be dead now) in Ghorpadi. Had set up a nice joint on the terrace of her two storey house. Maushi's Tadilak we called it.

We use it a lot for leavening of flour for baking, like the Parsi bhakras.

Pure toddy koi delivery deta hai toh dekho.

I can't travel to palgar or dhanau to buy pure toddy everyday

Nigga find something to do. Do a hard workout at night. You'll go to sleep without thinking.

always in that order, bhai..

first dum, then, when the anxiety and heebeejibies kick in.. pag to take the edge off, and keep taking that edge off.

this is the only way, Nilu.. ya to fitness me ghus jaa like a few of my friends have.. guys have really buffed up after quitting.. mai bc sukda hua mareez lagta hu unke saamne.

Doc here is also quite the chusti and phitnass enthusiast !

Wrong advice.

Working out at night makes your insomnia worse.

Dum maar ke daaru ka pag lagao

Ganja tujhe baichayn karega, daaru tujhe chayn ki need sulaegi !

wrs Mona ?
No daaru Bhai.

Daaru induced sleep bahot gandi hoti hai. Not natural

Thats actually counter-productive. And I am suffering because if it.

The body post workout is in an activated state. It cannot just shutoff and wind down on demand.

Takes a few hours. And buggers up your sleep cycle and diurnal rhythm.

The later in the night (closer to bedtime) you do the workout.

Of course Im talking more aerobic than weights.

endorphins ka lafda ?

not as an anesthetic, bhai.. just an aid

natural try kallo warna, but not sure of efficacy.. lotsa himalyan jadi booti things on the market..

or, go pharma, wouldn't be my 1st choice but you gotta do what you gotta do.. .50 Benzo le ke so jao, knock you out proper.

wohi purana RR tera.. just try what I said for a week.

Aap itne bhi peedit nahi lagte.

Yeh bagheera ko dekh lo. Highest peedit.

Doc Saab bhi highly peedit hai. Lekin Paisa hai. Toh koi bada issue nahi.
Bagheera aka abjk2247 toh alag hi case hai

I get the feeling Doc is low level peedit, and is cheez m low level accha hai, like engine temps.. but not exam scores !

@Paitoo is also peedit but he pretty sorted generally i get the feeling

I don't, but log aap pe mask chepte rehte hain.. middle finger thakk gai hai. I look to Dolun Trump for inspiration now, he's my Krishan Ji / Vishnu Ji
Seriously puch Raha hoon.

I can offer good advice to others. They sorted their issues after listening to me.

But I can't find a solution for my own problems.

Bata de halka phulka

cricket nerds only

though I suspect the cricket nerds know this well

was pretty unheard at the time, like how spaceflight would have sounded to someone 200 years ago

oh, the indignity ! of it all, at the time.. dear god, took world cricket 300 odd years to normalize it.. now nobody cares if they win a 20 game or even a test game with a capping off 6 !

Buffing up needs high protein intake.

I have two large breed dogs. Roz chicken deta hun unko.

I can't afford high protein diet for myself. But I workout regularly.

What is this chtyapa.

You feed 2 large dogs but not yourself?

Why man?

Eat some of your dog's chicken. Replace the quantity with doodh, rice, roti/bread, veggies, eggs.

Chicken is chicken bc. Uspe dog likh ke nahin aata hai.

A lot of behaviour is genetic but can be changed with conscious effort. I get OCD from my mom and impatience from my dad. But I have trained my mind hard to get to some sort of normal levels. It requires constant effort, and not some "do it for 21 days and a new neural path will be developed" kind of thing. At the cost of sounding simplistic and repetitive:
  1. Stop thinking what others think of you. In the end it just doesn't matter. (unless you are being paid by them lol)
  2. Stop thinking that you need to have the solution to all problems in the world
  3. You didn't come into this world by choice. You first need to lookout for yourself. As long as you are not taking something away from someone, you don't owe anybody anything
  4. Stop believing that you need to leave some mark in this world. Alexander nahin bano. Yeh sab se bada chutyapa hai.
I have also dealt with financial instability for the past many years. It makes it way worse. If you are financially stable (for the foreseeable future too), there is absolutely no reason to inflict any mental pain upon yourself

Good advice.

Financial issue bhi hai.

I didn't not believe in luck and fate.

But I have realised that some things are out of your control. You can't defeat fate.
