Lets compare IAF with PAF. PAF has more AWACS, PAF has more AESA based fighters. PAF is gonna induct 5th Gen fighters before India.

Heck; in 2019 skirmish Indian formation communication were jammed cause till 2019 they weren't even using SDRs unlike PAF. The reason they ordered them after. PAF has better training of pilots and better maintenance of its hardware.

Comparing IAF with PLAAF would be the highest form of intellectual bankruptcy.

Americans are at top. Followed by China, then Russians ( big numbers and indigenous hardware ), ROKAF ( South Korea ) or JASDF ( Japanese) and RAF ( UK ).
