4. China does not have MIG-21.

The latest versions use WS 15; WS-15 has around 180 kN of thrust per engine. During the Chinese 6th gen unveiling at CAC, J20S escorting was using WS15s.

Supercruise Speed:
With the WS-15 engine, itd supercruise around Mach 1.5 or higher, though exact figures are classified and we would never know.

Canard Configuration:
J20 has canards for best mix of stealth but not compromising its maneuverability and is part of its aerodynamic layout. Canard debate has been done&dusted many times already. Idk why you are still stuck here.

The J-20's canards are designed with this in mind. J-20's design aligns the canards with other surfaces to some degree, reducing the frontal radar cross-section (RCS) impact.
Plus; The J-20 has canards that are positioned in such a way that they are less visible from certain angles, especially head-on. When not deflected, they contribute less to the RCS.

Canard is a moving part. As soon as moves, it no more remains stealth. Either the position before movement was stealth or position after movement can be stealth. Both can not be stealth. That is the reason no other country use canard in stealth fighter.
